Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of HeskAPI and related products ("Products") sold by Tuxxin ("we", "us", "our") at heskapi.com. By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon delivery of your license key, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the licensed Product on a single domain and web server. You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, or share the Product or its source files.

2. HESK Compatibility

HeskAPI is designed for and tested against HESK 3.7.10. We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with future HESK versions within your active support & updates period. However, we are not responsible for incompatibilities, feature changes, or breakage caused by updates to HESK released by hesk.com. When HESK updates are released that affect the API, a compatible update will be provided to customers with an active subscription.

3. Support & Updates

Every purchase includes 12 months of email support and access to all product updates released during that period. After 12 months your license continues to function — you will not receive new updates or support until you renew. Renewal extends your subscription by 365 days from your current expiry date.

4. Renewals

You may renew your subscription at any time within 90 days before your expiry date. If your subscription lapses, the Product continues to operate as-is — no functionality is remotely disabled. Lapsed subscriptions can be renewed at any time to restore update and support access.

5. Refunds

Because our Products are digital software delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the license key has been delivered. If you experience a problem with your purchase, contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it.

6. Payment

All purchases are processed via PayPal. We do not accept other payment methods at this time. Each purchase is manually reviewed before delivery to prevent fraud. Activation occurs within 1 business day (Monday–Friday); we aim to review orders promptly and you may receive your key much sooner.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the Product or its files to any third party
• Using the license key on more than one domain without purchasing additional licenses
• Reverse engineering, deobfuscating, or attempting to bypass the license validation system
• Using the Product in any way that violates applicable law or hesk.com's terms of service

8. Third-Party Software

HeskAPI is an independent, third-party module and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by hesk.com or the HESK development team.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuxxin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Product following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
